Dr. Mir grew up in Orange County, with her mother as a first generation Chiropractor, Monica has been exposed to and studying health and wellness for 30 years. In 2016, she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2016, followed by a Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Southern California University of Health and Sciences in 2017. Dr. Mir remains devoted to serving her fellow Orange County residents. Whether patients are suffering from headaches, neck, low-back, shoulder or wrist pain, with Dr. Mir's experience  lies in viewing the body as a holistic system, guiding individuals towards their optimal health goals at a comfortable pace. 

Notably, Dr. Mir is an integral member of the Ichthus Injury Network, a collaborative medical team dedicated to providing comprehensive care for injured patients. Understanding the gravity of permanent injuries, the network diligently adheres to medical guidelines to alleviate pain and foster healing. Dr. Mir's unwavering commitment shines through in her dedication to cater to all patients requiring her specialized care. 

Furthermore, actively engaged in the Orange County Business Networking International of Tustin. Dr. Mir champions the power of networking to amplify the message of health and wellness.
